How do I submit an ARB/Exterior Change application?
Please fill out the ARB Application in its entirety and submit to Naomi Weathers by emailing to naomi.weathers@castlegroup.com or hand delivering/mailing to 11741 Kingsbridge Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33193. The ARB meets the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise noted.

Is there an approved paint palate for the Community?
Yes, there is a paint palette book in the Administrative Office that you can sign out. You can also go to https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/hoa/fort-myers/fl/bridgetown/ to see the palette online.

Are hurricane shutters permitted in the Community?
Yes, Hurricane Shutters are permitted in the community. Galvanized steel shutters, clear (e.g., Lexan) shutters, accordion shutters, and roll down shutters/shades are among the types of hurricane protection approved for Residences in Bridgetown at The Plantation. All exposed parts of any type of hurricane protection must be color coordinated to match the body or trim color of the Residence, except that hurricane protection mounted only after the issuance of a tropical storm or hurricane watch or warning affecting Lee County, Florida, issued by National Hurricane Center (NHC) or National Weather Service (NWS) and removed within fourteen (14) days after the cessation of said watch or warning need not be color coordinated to the Residence.

When is trash and recycle material picked up?
The city of Fort Myers provides two weekly pickups: Trash and recycle on Tuesday, and yard waste on Friday. If you anticipate pickup of heavy items, you should coordinate with the City of Fort Myers ahead of time. On days when the landscape vendor is cutting grass, they may also pick up small yard waste that has naturally fallen. However, the landscape contract does not require this service. The city schedule may vary in weeks when a federal holiday occurs. Section 5 of Use Restrictions, and Section 25 of The ARB Guidelines, available on the community website, contain additional information.
When can I put my Trash/Recycle cans at the street?
You may place your containers at the street after 5 PM on the day before scheduled pickup. The containers must be removed before midnight the evening of pickup. Section 5 of Use Restrictions, and Section 25 of The ARB Guidelines, available on the community website, contain additional information.

Where do I obtain an RFID for my car?
An RFID (Radio Frequency Identifier) is a device attached to the front of your car and used by the Resident Access Control system to open entry gates for cars with RFIDs. Owners of record and renters with rental agreements may purchase RFIDs for their vehicles from the Management Company. There are restrictions on who can purchase, and possible cost. Please follow the published guidelines.

How do Guests enter our community?
Guests arriving at the gate must present a driver’s license and provide the name and address of the Bridgetown residence they are visiting. A driver without a valid license will be denied access. Guests must be in your ENVERA guest account on the ENVERA website or mobile App. If the driver’s license is current, and the name on the license matches a name on the website, the guest is admitted.
If the driver’s name does not appear on your list of approved visitors, you MAY receive a call from the attendant. While the call from the attendant occurs in many cases, board policy does not make it mandatory. Accordingly, if the gate has a lengthy list of visitors waiting to get in, your visitor may be denied access without a phone call to you. For this reason, we advise that visitors always be registered in the guest list.

What is the Commercial Vehicle Policy?
Large Commercial vehicles must enter the community via the entrance on Plantation Gardens. This entrance is constructed to handle heavier vehicles. Not only does this help reduce Association operating costs, but it also frees up the Treeline gate, so your guests are processed with minimum delay.

Am I responsible for my Guests?
Yes. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests, and financially and legally responsible for any damage they might cause.

What is Bridgetown’s parking policy?
See Parking Regulations on the community website for parking restrictions. Bridgetown is located within the city of Fort Myers. The city does not allow street parking at any time, though the community does not enforce the prohibition against on-street parking between 6 AM and midnight. While the city does not usually tow vehicles from Bridgetown, it can do so when responding to a complaint made to the city’s “code control” office. The Association has a towing contract and will tow under certain situations identified in the Parking Regulations, e.g., blocking the street or sidewalk. The Association enforces the prohibition against on-street parking between the hours of 12 Midnight and 6 AM daily.

When are Assessments Due?
Assessments are billed quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. The Association does not mail reminders. Late fees & interest are assessed on the 10th of each payment month. Interest is calculated from the first day of the month.
