Leasing Rules

All leases shall be in writing and shall have a term of at least one (1) month. A copy of the lease must be provided to the Association prior to the commencement of the lease. No Owner may lease all or a portion of a Lot more than three (3) times in any 12-month period, even if a tenant defaults on a lease or abandons the Lot before expiration of the least term.
